- I can’t believe how lax the security was at the White House correspondents dinner tonight. Upon entering nobody asked to visibly INSPECT my ticket nor asked for my photo identification. All one had to do was flash what appeared to be a ticket and they were fine with that. When you consider you are entering a roomful of fake news media —90% of whom hate the President you would think they would have better security. Michael Burry bought $187 million in Nvidia put options at a $110 strike price in Q3 2025 when the stock was around $130. Nvidia is now at $208, 90% above his strike price. Those puts are effectively worthless unless Nvidia drops 47% before December 2027. Nvidia has added $2.15 trillion in market cap since he placed this bet.

- The Secret Service should be thankful AF this morning that this event wasn’t targeted by a terrorist group because the vulnerabilities were obvious. Heads should roll. They know the threat landscape especially in wake of the Iran crisis, and nothing about this security posture suggests they are taking it seriously. This was not just the President in attendance, it was the Vice President, senior Cabinet officials including the Secretary of War, and the Director of the FBI.
