- Trump attorney @christina_bobb makes a very astute observation after the breaking news from @canncon today that Sen. Perdue claimed under oath that Georgia Governor Brian Kemp told Georgia investigators not to look into evidence of election fraud. Christina points out that Brian Kemp was the Secretary of State (not Governor yet) in 2018, contracted with Dominion to bring in the voting machines, changed the voting centers to big arenas rather than counting at the precinct, proceeded to win the Governors race (to which the Dems claimed the election was rigged) and then shuts down the investigation into the 2020 election. “There’s a lot of weirdness going on with Brian Kemp, Brad Raffensperger… and Chris Carr, the Attorney General…” What was Kemp hiding? It certainly appears that he at a minimum helped steal the election. The good news is that it sounds like we are gonna find out definitively what happened soon. (video)

- The SaaS carnage is confusing for this simple premise: If AI is going to commoditize all of SaaS, then why isn’t the market rotating heavily into Semis and Hyperscalers? If Anthropic were to destroy $CRM and $NOW, I’d imagine we need tons of compute. More than we can fathom if agents take over hundreds of billions of marketcap for SaaS companies. Yet, the market is selling off SaaS AND AI names which doesn’t seem to make sense if all the demand for the SaaS carnage will lead to AI growth. Also, how is AI a bubble if we are talking about massive enterprise software companies being decimated by AI? The entire logic behind the selloff feels more like forced, structural rotation without a pure reason for why the rotation is happening. From Goldman: “The forward P/E multiple for software has declined from 35x in late 2025 to 20x currently, representing the lowest absolute level since 2014 and the smallest premium to the average S&P 500 stock since 2010.”

- Brad Raffensperger sent mail ballots to everyone in 2020 and he gave the ACLU access to the ENet statewide voter registration and election management computer system. They had an ACLU activist in all 255 precincts who had access to the system so they knew who voted, who didn’t vote, how they voted, and they had the ability to clear the system of who had an absentee ballot but voted in person. The ACLU activists had access to this system from their personal laptops. The ACLU is NOT a nonpartisan organization. They are a prominent member of Democracy Inc. who actively works against the Trump administration so for them to have this type of access to who voted or not is criminal.
