This is an RV park near Kerrville that was filled to the brim with campers for July 4th weekend, and it’s all been swept away. RVs are caught up in trees way down the river. For that reason, authorities say they’re having a tough time determining the number of missing people. Just awful. (video)

• The "buy the dip" strategy has been remarkably effective this year: The cumulative return from buying the Nasdaq 100 after a down day has been ~32% year-to-date, the highest in 5 years. At this pace, 2025 is on track to record the best year for this strategy since at least 1985. This has even outperformed the returns seen during the Dot-Com Bubble years of 1998 and 1999.
