- Biden drained the Strategic Petroleum Reserve from 638 million to 395 million -- with the biggest drain just before midterm elections to buy votes with cheap gas. Trump's been refilling it at 50,000 barrels every day he's been in office. But that only added 20 million barrels because the pipes literally aren't big enough to refill it at the rate Biden drained it.
