The strait is only 21 miles wide, and Iran controls the north coast… so any ship out there is basically moving right under Iranian guns the whole time. And this isn’t some random chokepoint either… we’re talking about ~20M barrels of oil moving through daily, nearly 20% of global supply, most of it heading to Asia, with China alone depending on it for about a third of its oil. So when people say “just send more ships”… that doesn’t really solve anything, it just gives Iran more targets and more leverage to play with. That’s the catch here… security patrols don’t remove the threat, they multiply the pressure points.

Iran fired two intermediate-range ballistic missiles at Diego Garcia, a joint U.S.-UK military base sitting 4,000 kilometers away in the middle of the Indian Ocean. For example, you could expect average growth of voter roll in Fulton for three cycles (2004-08, 2008-12, 2012-16) to suggest 47,613 net new registrations for 2020. They had +216,089. These 8 in total dwarfed the Obama surge for 2008 by more than 2x. The foundation of the cheat is found in the corruption of voter registration.
